- Collaborations with Managers for advice;
- Notice to pay and possible legal actions in order to recover the unpaid communal instalments;
- Advice and assistance regarding management and protection of the common parts, even in case of bad working performance carried out by third parties;
- Interpretation of the Communal Regulation;
- Judicial assistance in general, even by means of Preventive Technical Investigations and by precautionary urgency appeals ex art. 700 c.p.c.;
